What does the Synora KI Bürokraft cost?
The KI Bürokraft comes in three tiers: Part-Time Office at €999, Full-Time Office at €1,499 and Operations Lead at €2,499 per month – each including setup, training and ongoing optimization. We define the right scope in a free initial call.
Is it worth it for a small trade business?
Yes. A single saved job – for example an emergency callout worth €800 to €2,000 – often covers the monthly cost several times over. Small businesses without an office benefit most, because no call goes unanswered.
Are there extra setup fees?
No. Setup is included in the monthly price. We typically have the KI Bürokraft fully configured within 7–14 days – including training for your trade and a test phase.
Is the KI Bürokraft GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Processing happens in the EU on German servers, a data processing agreement (DPA) is included. Calls are not recorded as audio by default – only the transcript and structured data are processed.
How is it different from cheap €99 tools?
Cheap self-service tools are pure phone bots. The Synora KI Bürokraft is a fully set-up managed service: phone, WhatsApp and email in one system, trained for your trade (e.g. plumbing/heating emergencies), with a personal contact and GDPR-compliant EU hosting.
